The majority of respondents indicate their firm is involved in eDiscovery in most (42%) or every (10%) matters;
Almost three-quarter of the respondents has eDiscovery tools in-house;
If no in-house eDiscovery tools, 66% of the respondents are using Legal Service Providers;
60% of the law firms have a dedicated eDiscovery staff;
“Ease of use” (36%), and “quality and accuracy” (36%) are the most important benchmarks when law firms evaluate an eDiscovery solution.
Artificial Intelligence and TAR in eDiscovery seen as most exciting developments. Time/cost saving and efficiency named as most exiting benefits.
