ZyLAB helps legal professionals in law firms, corporations and government to sift through huge volumes of data to find the smoking gun or incriminating email. ZyLAB is a B2B scale-up with offices in Amsterdam and Washington D.C.. Our clients include the CIA, FBI and the UN War Criminal Courts.

We strive to continuously get better at what we do and are looking for the best ratio between results and effort. have experience in marketing to legal professionals, risk & fraud investigators or compliance professionals in law firms or corporations (500+ employees) have experience or knowledge of either the US, Dutch or EU legal context for civil litigation, anti-trust investigations or corporate investigations’re a quick learner of complex concepts and are open for new ideas and input have demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products have experience or affinity with event marketing’ve excellent communicative abilities in English have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing, and at least 3 years in a Product Marketing role for a B2B SaaS solution

What you will do..

As a Product Marketer you are representing the voice of the customer, sales and the market. You will be connecting the dots between internal teams at ZyLAB and market segments. Events are a proven and important channel for educating potential prospects, so you will be responsible for developing and executing the event strategy and campaigns, with support of the Marketing team and the event owner / presenter.

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Create consistent positioning statements, messaging and the associated proof points. This source material is used to generate public-facing marketing collateral (e.g. case studies)
  • Develop and evolve market segmentation for each product-market combination
  • Develop and organize customer-facing events, held by a ZyLAB point person
  • Create and present information about products and the markets these products serve
  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Analyze market trends
  • Organizing beta groups for new products & features
  • Gather feedback for product plans from customers and sales on features, timing, strategy, business terms and value proposition
  • Ensure that Sales has the collateral, messaging and talk tracks that resonate with customers
  • Analyze sales data and channel information and then create plans to improve sales most likely using marketing and sales techniques
  • Working with the Customer Services team to organize and direct customer research to get insights on products and business problems
  • You will be working with a, currently, small marketing team, together with a content marketer and growth marketer, and reporting to the Director of Marketing. Outside of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with the US & EU Sales team, Professional Services and Product Management.
