Well it’s a wrap.  LegalTech 2019 is in the books and was fantastic (and exhausting) as ever.  It was great seeing old friends and making some new ones.  I’ve been attending LegalTech for many years and like eDiscovery technology, have witnessed its transformation.  What struck me this year was how the eDiscovery ecosystem has changed as a result of mergers and acquisitions.  And to solidify my thoughts, just as the event was coming to a close came the OpenText/Catalyst announcement.  In the early days, I couldn’t even count the number of eDiscovery vendors vying for my business. I would joke with my colleagues that I needed a “Do Not Call” registry just for them and was so grateful when caller ID saved me from yet another sales pitch for the 10th time that day.  Today, while there certainly is no shortage of eDiscovery vendors out there, there are quite a few less fish in that sea.

In this highly competitive eDiscovery marketplace, I am fortunate to work at ZyLAB, who, for over 35 years has been developing cutting edge technologies designed specifically to solve legal discovery needs. And, because we work with some of world brightest data science teams from universities around the world, we’re ready for the next 35 years!

Thank you to everyone who visited us at the booth.  If you didn’t get a chance to stop by please visit zylab.com and check us out.
