Record Management Module (RMA)	Document Management Module
module converts ZyIMAGE into a full record-managementsystem (DoD 5015.2 compliant), which can manage and search documents (paper, electronic, email) throughout your organization. E-Discovery Module	Workflow Module
is actually a collection of ZyFIND tools that help you create and coordinate all of the annotations that form the key detail-managing component for extensive case information. Case Authorization

allows you to generate a special access code that grants a designated user the rights to search for archived documents according to a predefined timeframe. All documents in the index must have a date field because the access key only allows document viewing within a certain timeframe.
