Certification validates ZyLAB's commitment to meeting ISO quality requirements for customer service, software development and quality management systems
March 28, 2007 – Vienna, VA - ZyLAB, an innovative developer of Information Access Solutions, today announced that it has been officially certified and registered as compliant with the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2000. Earning ISO 9001:2000 certification demonstrates that ZyLAB has sufficiently proven to the evaluating body that the company can produce and deliver in a consistent way products/services which meet the requirements and desires of the customer and the applicable legal regulations.
ISO 9001 is the most commonly used international standard that provides a framework for Quality Management Systems. The standard is used to assure that a product has been produced in the most efficient and effective manner possible; certifying that consistent business processes are being applied. Certification is granted to organizations that demonstrate their ability to consistently fulfill customers' quality requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
