of an expanded suite of taxonomy-enhancement tools for current
ZyIMAGE users with valid Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) contracts.
This free upgrade provides users with the additional capabilities
they require to optimize existing and new taxonomies.
The need for better efficiency and more operational
transparency has forced many organizations to focus on the development
of sophisticated hierarchical structures with which to organize
their information. These structures ("taxonomies"),
however, are only as effective as an organization's knowledge
management (KM) system's ability to support them. A KM solution
must have a full range of advanced searching, information structuring,

ZyIMAGE's expanded tool suite has added new technology
such as concept extraction and text mining to its already sophisticated
search and retrieval functionalities. In addition, to make its
system "smarter", ZyIMAGE users can now define taxonomy
entities and store these entities as key fields, for more specific
types of searching. The ZyIMAGE system can also now handle an
indefinite amount of these key fields, increasing the flexibility
and dynamism of the entire system operation.
