ZyIMAGE Screen Scraper Connects Documents to Financial, Enterprise
Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management or Any Other
Application

of ZyIMAGE Screen Scraper. This new offering enables users to
easily integrate existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),
Financial or Human Resources Management (HRM) applications with
the document imaging capabilities of ZyIMAGE - without any additional
programming. With one click, users can launch searches for documents
in ZyIMAGE with information from critical business applications.
The ZyIMAGE Screen Scraper offers two options for
integration with existing applications. In either case, absolutely
no additional programming is required to integrate the application
and ZyIMAGE. The first option allows users to select text information
on the screen and define a hotkey to activate the selected text
as a search in a pre-defined ZyLAB archive. The second option
allows users to define a text object in an application window,
and when a user presses the hotkey, the text in the object is
executed as a search in a pre-defined ZyLAB archive.

organizations to integrate ZyLAB's document management and imaging
software with any business application without the need to involve
the IT department for additional application development,"

users do not have to make any changes to their applications. New
certifications or Electronic Document Process (EDP) audits are
therefore not required, which keeps systems compatible with all

CFR Part 11. Traditionally, SAP and Oracle environments certifications
tend to be very expensive to implement and manage. The new ZyMAGE
Screen Scraper offers customers an alternative solution and large
cost savings for remaining compliant to the latest regulations."
The ZyIMAGE Screen Scraper is installed on the client
system, runs in the background, and is activated by the hotkeys
that a user defines to execute searches. This offering works with
the standard ZyIMAGE software and the ZyIMAGE (Enterprise) Webserver
to display the retrieved documents.
