For our technical department we are currently seeking applicants for the following vacancy:

Technical Project Engineer, (Fulltime, m/f)

to provide on-site installation, training, consultancy services and if possible pre-sales support to our customers.

As a Technical Project Engineer, you will be part of ZyLAB's international team that provides on-site services with our customers, end-users, internal sales force and partners. You must be able to provide friendly and professional customer service. This role requires an excellent communicator and a good troubleshooter in addition to being patient, accurate and a fast learner.

Must be educated to A Level or equivalent and have achieved MAN or NCSE qualifications, have full understanding of networks, security scripting tools and windows based workstation and server hardware. Experience with document management, scanning or full text retrieval applications is preferred. Requires someone who is fluent in English, both written and verbal. We expect you to be able to work proficiently as both an individual and a team member.

The position is based in Bagshot, Surrey. No relocation assistance is available.
