For our support department we are currently seeking applicants for the following vacancy: Support Engineer Dutch/English, (Full-time, m/f)ZyLAB Technologies B.V. has an opportunity for a Support Engineer to join our support team supporting our international market As a Support Engineer you will be part of ZyLAB's international support team providing 1st and 2nd-level support to international customers. Your job will be to administer support calls in the support system, provide appropriate level support using our extensive knowledge database and discuss new solutions with your team partners. You will be able to provide friendly and professional customer service, answering product-related questions and providing solutions to technical problems. You must be an excellent communicator and a good troubleshooter in addition to being patient, accurate and a fast learner. Your education should be MBO+ level or equivalent. Experience with document-management systems or full-text retrieval applications would be an advantage, along with in depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking environments. You should be fluent in spoken and written Dutch/English. You should be able to work proficiently as both an individual and a team member. Applicants should be citizens of the European Union or have the necessary paperwork to work freely in the Netherlands.
