The TIFF Archiving and Production Bundle converts batches of electronic files into the sustainable TIFF format for use in litigation or for long-term archiving purposes.
Features & Functions
- The TIFF Archiving and Production Bundle helps to ensure a uniform, sustainable, and stable document archive by allowing you to archive documents from any application as searchable TIFFs.
- Users can select the archive to which the file should be archived, which enables the metadata that is part of the archive to be added to the searchable TIFF file as well.
- Documents in the ZyLAB data repository can be exported or produced in several formats to support information exchange and legal production, including EDRM XML, Concordance and Summation.
- Redaction functionality to apply, manage, create, produce and disclose redactions under the most demanding legal and records management requirements.
This bundle is an integral component of the following pre-configured ZyLAB systems: eDiscovery & Production System and Law Enforcement & Investigations System.
