ZyLAB Document Management Module
ZyLAB's Document Management (DM) module is a straightforward tool that enables you to effectively manage all of your electronic files (such as those created with Microsoft® Office tools). You can add a full range of document management functionality to your ZyIMAGE archives (indexes), including check-in/check-out activities and version control.
In addition, because all ZyLAB solutions are equipped with the best search engine on the market, you have the ability to search for any word or combination of words in order to quickly and accurately retrieve whatever information you are looking for. During the retrieval process, all versions of a document can be viewed and opened.
The following list describes just a few of the standard features in the ZyLAB Document Management module that enable you to optimize whatever document management activities you have:
