ZyLAB Achieves Best Financial Growth During First Quarter of 2009 in 25-Year History

Current Economy Drives Demand for ZyLAB's eDiscovery, Records Management and Archiving Solutions

McLean, VA - May 11, 2009 - ZyLAB, an innovative developer of Information Access Solutions, today announced that the company has just closed out its best quarter ever during its 25 years in business. During the first quarter of 2009 (January-March), the company's global revenue grew 26 percent and is based on increased sales of the award-winning e-discovery and production platform as well as its records management and archiving solutions which help organizations become better prepared for future discoveries. North-American revenue grew even faster - a stunning 46 percent.

This announcement follows on the heals of ZyLAB's recent announcement that the company posted a 42 percent increase for the months of November through January compared to the same time period last year. January 2009 sales were the single best in company history until March, in which the company once again set a new sales mark.

Today, demand for e-discovery solutions from both commercial and government customers is key to the company's current growth. However, ZyLAB has a long history of providing a full range of modular and easy-to-use Information Access Solutions.
